This Song Speaks to Me Today.
Hubert Kah's "So Many People." Listen to the words.
I see him playing the piano...but I don't hear it.

July's 12 of 12
Yesterday was the 12th of the month. That is when we celebrate Chad Darnell's 12 of 12, where bloggers all over the world celebrate and share their day with pictures.
My day started, as it usually does...with COFFEE.

As I drank my heaven in a cup, I stopped to read a menu we borrowed from a restaurant we visited in Paris. Since we're going to take care of the menu for quite some time, we had it framed.

Sadly, I had to work. That's bad enough...but as I left the house, I saw this mad-looking cat glaring back at me. So much anger for one little kitty.

The ride to work was uneventful. No traffic. No rocks hitting the windshield. That's a good thing.

The drive home was very wet, very wet. Lightening and thunder!

Remember, no flammable cargo in the I-90 tunnel!

Coming home is always such a wonderful event. Matt was making a yummy dinner...and there was our beautiful cat, Hunter, greeting me at the door. So much nicer than that spiteful cat from the morning!

We have a gorgeous yard and everything is still in bloom. However it's storming so I will stay inside and take a picture of our stained glass window instead!

A few minutes unwinding to a video game!

What more could you want from a family TV show?

True Blood is on!

Kitty is eyeing Matt's dinner. How can you resist that face? Matt won't notice one Tater Tot if it's missing.

I hope you did a 12 of 12! Leave me a comment and I'll come visit!

Duncan James Comes Out as a Bisexual
British hottie and fellow Aries, Duncan James, came out of the closet and announced he's bisexual. Though it takes great courage for anyone to come out, I am extremely impressed when a boy band pop star does so. Much of their income comes from the lasses who scoop up their CDs.
Duncan tells the UK's News of the World:
"I've been in loving relationships with men as well as women - and I'm not ashamed. "But even though I fancy men, I still fancy WOMEN too. Am I gay? Am I straight? Am I bi? That's why I was so frightened about talking. Now, in my early 30s, I know who I am and I'm proud of who I am. I don't want to hide anymore. I don't feel I should launch a big comeback with Blue hiding this - I don't want to go back to the time in the band when I felt I had to keep certain things quiet. I want to be OUT and say I've had relationships with men as well as women...I thought there might be weirdness but there wasn't. All of the boys accepted it. We were perceived as lads who went around and slept with women but on the inside we had a lot of love for each other. We always hugged and kissed each other...When you're a young band trying to be successful, there's a lot of pressure on you to be clean-cut and accessible to your female fans...I know most gay guys think, 'Bi Now, Gay Later' and maybe one day the thought of being with a woman won't work for me. But likewise, maybe the thought of being with a guy might be the same. I might want to settle down with a girl to have a family lifestyle. That appeals to me too. Mainly I just want to be happy. I want to be in a long-term relationship and, most importantly, be in love."
If you're not familiar with Duncan, his music can be found on Amazon or Youtube. iTunes has yet to sell his CDs. Even without the eye candy, his music is incredible, like a fine chateauneuf du pape.

Mrs. Slocombe's Pussy
Another great star is gone. Mollie Sugden, of Are You Being Served died this week. Mrs. Slocombe often spoke of her pussy. It was cranky, temperamental...and often hysterically wet.
Mollie, may you and your delightful pussy rest in peace.

Michael Jackson Picked His Nose?
In the past week, several hundred people found Scootersville by searching "Michael Jackson Picks His Nose." I want to be perfectly clear...someone did this for him.

I'm glad we've settled this.
