Spring has come early to Seattle. There has been no snow this winter...in fact, we've only had a few days where the temperatures have dropped below freezing. Cherry trees began blooming in January.
The Japanese quince in our backyard.

One of our purple magnolias eagerly awaits its opening.

Forsythia.

Contorted filbert.

Kali wants me to throw her toy. Pleeeeeeze!

Cherry trees are still blooming. This one was brilliant!

A view of the lake from the Arboretum.

Columns and wisteria.

The sun begins to set.

Camellia debris.

Sun still setting...

Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back.

Stoli doesn't want to play. She just, like us all, wants to know she is loved.

Did you post your pics yet? Let me know. I'll come visit.
Didn't take any? There's always next month. Plan now.

Wonderful pics!!
You have such lovely greenery and plants, it must be very calming to look at. And lovely Stoli - give her a cuddle for me, she is definitely loved by you both, and by your 12 of 12 readers! I'd play with Kali if I could only throw from here... ;-)
And yay us for posting on the 12th! Thank you also for such a lovely comment.
Beautiful!

(JEALOUS!)
My forsythia is currently buried in 10" of snow. She might not look like yours for a month or two. (sigh)
Great twelve!
Nice 12 Scooter.
Always love to see the first color of spring. We just got rid of the snow with this last storm. Now I have to get rid of all the fallout left over from the winter. Worst winter we have ever had.
That is one old wisteria vine. Must be a pain to prune.
Getting late, till next month...
